I would like to thank Sam Bell and his team for the great work on my lounge . We had a chimney removal and were left with a huge open space to remodel. The walls, ceiling and lighting are completely new including plastered walls, LED lighting and a feature wall that is stunning. His team were so professional and had a real work ethic. If you have any renovation ideas then I would highly recommend Sam Bell for any works . Thanks to Sam and his team . 👌

Great company to deal with, if any concerns were raised with Sam they were sorted promptly, the lads on site were always friendly and polite, lovely job done throughout, tidied up at the end of each day and protected the carpets with protective film. Couldn't have asked for a better company to do the work we needed. Many thanks to all involved.

Sam and his team recently converted a garage into an additional family room for us. The standard of work is top class. Communication throughout the renovation was great, we were always kept up to date with everything, all the team were polite, friendly and tidy. We would definitely recommend if you are considering any renovations or building work.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We couldn’t recommend Sam and the team at SR Bell highly enough.

Having a large extension completed while living in the house with two young children can feel incredibly daunting, but Sam made the whole process as stress-free as possible from start to finish.

The communication was outstanding. Every week we received a clear overview of what was planned, along with regular updates and photos throughout the build. We always knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next.

One thing that really stood out was Sam’s honesty and transparency. We made quite a few changes and added several extras during the project, but every decision was clearly explained with sensible recommendations, options and costs. We never felt pressured or left in the dark, which gave us real confidence throughout.

The whole team were true professionals. They were always polite, respectful and trustworthy, and we had no concerns about them having access to our home when we weren’t there. They also kept everything as clean and tidy as possible, which made living through the build with two children far more manageable than we expected.

The quality of workmanship is exceptional. Every aspect has been finished to a very high standard, and we’re absolutely delighted with the end result.

The speed of the project was also impressive. Sam has a fantastic network of trades who work seamlessly together, so there was always progress being made and very little downtime.

What really sets SR Bell apart is that they offer a complete service. From organising the architect right through to delivering a fully finished extension, Sam managed absolutely everything. Our project included a new kitchen, utility, pantry, bar, office, downstairs WC, lantern roof, sliding doors, electrics, plumbing, gas works, radiators and a wood-burning stove—all coordinated brilliantly.

If you’re looking for a builder who is reliable, communicative, highly organised and produces outstanding work, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam and SR Bell. We will definitely be using him again for any future building projects.

Sam and the team were at all times respectful when working in our house during the recent garage conversion.

Sam himself was very good at keeping us up to date about what was happening when, and was able to accomodate some last minute changes.

All the team were especially good with our little dog too!
