Project Overview
We recently completed an extension and garage conversion in Chorley, transforming an outdated garage into a modern makeup studio while retaining valuable storage space.

Our Approach

Creating a Multi-Functional Space
Once the foundations and structure were in place, we divided the garage into two practical areas.
The rear section provides valuable storage space, while the front section now serves as a dedicated makeup studio.

We also installed new uPVC fascias, giving the building a clean, modern appearance while reducing future maintenance requirements.
