Extension in Euxton
SR Bell completed this dormer extension with new porch in Euxton.
The dormer extension was to create a bathroom upstairs and extended landing area. The customer’s existing bathroom was downstairs, so this work has added a great addition to the house.
We also opened up the hallway with the new porch to create additional space.
We removed the customer’s, and adjoining neighbour’s, old felt roof so that we could upgrade to a new Sarnafil single ply membrane roof.
Building Regulations
The job was done to building regulations standard and checked throughout by the local council.
Another Happy Customer
