A Complex Garage Conversion in Hoghton
Our latest garage conversion was completed over in Hoghton. This was complicated conversion, with main gas to be moved, drainage alterations, boiler flue alterations and structural steel works – but the finish makes it all worth it.
We dropped the old ceiling to create a vaulted ceiling with a velux window to add space and light to the new ensuite bedroom. The existing garage was then knocked through into the old downstairs office space to make one large room.
The existing back end of the garage was then used to form the new ensuite with a pocket door to utilise the space. We created a storage area on top of the bathroom for the client to still store things with our needing a shed etc.

The main features of this conversion were a new velux window, pocket door system, new fitted bathroom, and a vaulted ceiling.

Signed Off By Local Authorities
All the work was inspected and signed off by the local council. The bathroom was supplied by CW Berry, flooring and carpet was supplied and fitted by Banks Flooring Solutions Ltd.
