SR Bell recently completed this house extension and refurbishment in Bretherton, Lancashire.
We were chosen to carry out the refurbishment to create a more spacious home to help with the mobility needs for our clients. It was a considerably large project that was completed throughout the last quarter of 2021. The Rear Extension
The rear extension was designed to give as much light and open space as possible, so we fitted aluminium bi fold doors and a aluminium roof lantern to produce as much natural light as possible. We constructed a flat warm roof with new black uPVC fascia boards.

The rear garden was re landscaped using porcelain tiles to utilise the space and provide safe walking ground for the client’s needs.
Before & After The Extension
