SR Bell completed this small job upgrading the roof structure of a utility outhouse in Walton-le-Dale, Lancashire.
Existing Leaking Roof
The existing structure leaked water when it rained and was not fitted to a good standard.
Re-roof
We took down the inadequate roof and front section of the timber build as the original design had stairs going through the middle of the build, which would be impossible to keep water tight.
New Flat Roof
The front section of the utility was re built and new roof tiber fitted, creating fall to drive the rain into new gutter system.
The new roof was ply lined and new Armourplan single ply membrane was fitted. The roof now does not leak and looks more aesthetically pleasing for both customer and adjoining neighbours.
