Finally, we incorporated smart storage solutions into the design. We boxed in the existing boiler and fuse board, creating a cleaner finish while also providing additional storage space.

This approach allowed us to maintain easy access to essential services without sacrificing valuable floor space.

Throughout the project, we worked closely with local building control to ensure every stage met current building regulations.

All work received approval from Chorley Building Control, giving the homeowners complete confidence in the safety and quality of their new space.
