We recently completed a garage conversion in Clayton-le-Woods, transforming a single garage into a comfortable sitting room with a separate storage area to the rear.

Blending with the Existing Property
A key part of this was matching the front of the property.
As the original house bricks had been discontinued, we tinted the new brickwork to blend in with the existing elevation. We also installed a matching window to maintain the home’s appearance.
Creating a Comfortable Living Space
We fitted a new radiator to ensure the room stays comfortable throughout the year.
To complete the project, we provided a full decoration package, leaving the homeowners with a bright, welcoming room ready to use straight away.
