Hanging New Ceilings
The property had experienced ‘Historical Differential Settlement’, which had caused a range of problems upstairs. One of which was causing the ceiling to sag and original Cornice had cracked beyond repair in places.
The client requested that a new ceiling was hung below the original one to save pulling down the old ‘lath and plaster ceiling’.
Installing New Stud Walls
Internally the property had been reconfigured poorly over a number of years leading to an unusual layout. The client decided to remove many of the internal walls to resolve some of these issues and requested that our team of Joiners rebuild the new layout using new stud work.
